These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wallace Valor website and services. By accessing this website or engaging Wallace Valor for services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Wallace Valor provides website design and related digital services, primarily using the Squarespace platform. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline or additional fees.

Payments

All pricing and payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the start of a project.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • Final files, website handover, or launch may be withheld until full payment is received

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing

Invoices are issued digitally and payable through approved payment platforms.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure projects run smoothly, clients agree to:

  • Provide required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner

  • Review deliverables and respond within reasonable timeframes

  • Ensure that all materials provided (text, images, logos, etc.) are owned by the client or properly licensed

Delays in feedback or content may impact project timelines.

Revisions

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the agreed scope. Revisions are intended to refine the original direction and do not include complete redesigns or changes in project goals.

Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and content created specifically for their project, excluding any third-party assets or licenses.

Wallace Valor reserves the right to display completed projects in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Platforms

Wallace Valor is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, services, or tools, including but not limited to Squarespace, hosting providers, plugins, or payment processors.

Any platform-specific limitations, updates, or outages are outside of Wallace Valor’s control.

Limitation of Liability

Wallace Valor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or services provided.

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Wallace Valor does not guarantee specific business results, such as increased sales or traffic.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination:

  • Work completed up to that point will be invoiced and payable

  • Deposits and completed work are non-refundable

Changes to These Terms

Wallace Valor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of law principles.
